In 2009, we set out to create a pizza sauce recipe that would set us apart from the rest. We wanted to avoid using the typical "canned sauce" and believed that great pizzas begin with the sauce. After extensive experimentation, we discovered the ideal combination of spices for our pizza sauce, which quickly became a popular choice among our customers.
