Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Shipping Policy: Canada & USA

It is the buyers responsibility to provide the proper delivery address on checkout. Whatta Chef is not responsible for returns due to buyer error.

Retail Customers
Retail purchases can be made via this site.

Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns. If you have ordered a product and it is delivered damaged, please contact the shipping carrier. If there is an issue with our packaging, please contact us.

Returns by Shipping Agent (Undeliverable Orders)
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure proper delivery address is provided in our order form as well as accepting ordered product. If the ordered product is returned by our shipping agent due to improper address OR buyer refuses to accept delivery, Whatta Chef will not refund the cost of shipping and or cost of product.

We strive to provide the most economical methods of product pricing and delivery and therefore absorb most if not all the shipping fees depending on the options you select when ordering.

Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the province of Nova Scotia, Canada, without regard to choice of law provisions. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this Site (including but not limited to the purchase of our products) shall be in the federal courts located in Sydney Nova Scotia, Canada. Use of Product
Use of our product is for home use only.

Payments
You hereby agree that you have full authority to use or charge the provided debit card, credit card through PayPal or any other card merchant we use for the purpose of ordering products from Whatta Chef.

Wholesale Customers
Whole customers are permitted to sell online or their place of business.
Wholesale Customers Returns
We are allowing return of any products purchased within 30 days of invoice date. Any returns must contain a copy of the invoice and product must not be opened or seal broken. Product packaging must not have any damage. All returns must be shipped back to us with a tracking number at purchasers expense. Any or all refunds will be made as promptly as possible and will have any applicable shipping charges subtracted from the credit. All credits will be returned on the card original the purchase was made.

Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including employees, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited.
